In order to best serve you, we try to schedule all appointments between the hours of 9:00-5:00 Monday thru Friday except on holidays. If you need special hours or days, above and beyond our regular hours of business for whatever reason, additional fees apply. Pricing on this website is contingent upon the accuracy of information provided and is a guide to costs and may be subject to change if job specs are different.

The Report include all ANSI measurements in sketch format, additional measurements page with descriptions, photographs page with descriptions, Summary page with explanations of any circumstances, property tax card, FEMA Flood Map. All certifications and any methodologies used to attain or obtain information and data used in the property measurement report.
Note: The name on the order form should be the primary point of contact for the work order. It can be the home owner or Realtor, or anyone who will have contact with us throughout the work order who has permission to place the order for personal sensitive information pertaining to the subject property and access to gain entry into the property.
*All final pricing will be a result of the final measurements and are subject to change from the initial agreed upon pricing should measurements be different from initially stated in the order request.
