ANSI MEASURING
The ANSI standards base floor area calculations on the exterior dimensions of the building at each floor level, and include all interior walls and voids. For attached units, the outside dimension is the center line of the common walls. Internal room dimensions aren't used in this system of measuring.

What you get:
We will personally visit your property and will need access to the entire home for approximately 1-2 hours per 1,000 SF dependent upon the intricacy of design.
Every room, corridor, closet, stairwell, even basement and attic space are measured in detail to collect the data necessary to perform accurate digital drawings of your buildings that can be relied upon.
Digital renderings of property supplied in both PDF format and hard copies delivered for professional use are supplied directly to you. If you have additional specific needs to provide any services we are happy to provide them if we are able. (*please explain you needs before the project begins to determine if we can provide them).

When you hire us to accurately measure and create a floor plan in electronic format, you'll receive a detailed floor plan for each floor of the home. The plans are provided in PDF format, in either landscape or portrait view. The view that best maximizes the views of the property will be used.
