David Monroe, CCIM, is a multifamily investor and strategic consultant who specializes in market analysis, demand/supply analysis, market cycles, and feasibility analysis. He owns the Strategic Partnering Community, a multifamily education and coaching firm that provides education, mentoring, and coaching to multifamily investors looking for an edge on the competition and the Founder of AcquisitionPro. His passion and focus are to build strategic partnerships with syndicators, sponsors, and key principals and invest passively to build wealth for his family legacy. Before his career in commercial real estate, Monroe was a United States Marine for 11 years, where he learned the importance of honor, loyalty, and integrity into his core values.
